City Break Tropea is a short, easy-going mini tour designed for travellers who want a concentrated taste of Calabria’s most beautiful coastline without rushing. You’ll base yourself in Tropea for two nights, giving you time to enjoy its historic lanes, viewpoints and beaches at your own pace.
The centrepiece experience is a half-day small-group boat tour along the Costa degli Dei—an extraordinary stretch of bays, caves and clear-water swim spots that’s best seen from the sea. With an expert local skipper, you’ll stop for swimming and guided snorkelling, then wind down with an aperitivo and soft drink on board.
This mini tour is ideal as a standalone getaway or as a simple add-on to a longer Southern Italy itinerary.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
DAY 1: Tropea
Arrival in Tropea and check in at the hotel. Have a walk on your own through Tropea, one of the most suggestive and famous locations in Calabria, rich of sixteenth and eighteenth-century urban structures, characterised by narrow, fascinating streets views and unforgettable sea views.
Overnight stay.
DAY 2: Tropea > La Costa degli Dei > Tropea
Breakfast at your hotel and morning free at your total disposal.
At 02:15 PM reach the meeting point at the Tourist Port of Tropea, pier n.1 to start a wonderful boat tour. La Costa degli Dei, mostly accessible only by boat, is a succession of bays and inlets with crystal clear water and golden sand; mysterious caves; beautiful lagoons where you can swim among hundreds of fish; cliffs, canyons and waterfalls.
Your skipper, expert local guide, will introduce you to all these wonderful places, stop at the most beautiful spots for a swim and guide snorkelling.
Relax with an aperitif and soft drink on board.

Accommodation
You’ll stay in a comfortable 4-star hotel in Tropea (options include Tirreno 4-star or Tropis 4-star), selected for quality, convenience and easy access to town and the coast. Accommodation is for 2 nights on a Bed & Breakfast basis, giving you freedom to choose where to dine each evening.

Easy to moderate: walking around Tropea’s historic streets (some slopes/steps), and boarding/disembarking a boat. Swimming/snorkelling is optional but recommended for the full experience.
