Casale della Certosa

It is a historical convent of Certosini monks building of 1300, it has been recently reported to previous splendour through a careful respect of the original forms and material:
- The hotel with 37 rooms, including 4 Suites, 3 Junior Suites. Are all equiped with the comforts of our time but the exposed beams, highlight the desire not to distort the charm of their origin; the monks' cells;
- Two restaurants: "Certosa" suited to events and the most classic style; "Certosino" , a rustic dining room, more "casual" suitable for most ordinary lunches and dinners;
- The outdoor pool with its own bar, sun loungers and deck chairs, with the background of the Castelli Romani. The ideal place in summer for poolside events in a suggestive location;
- Ample parking, ideal for big bus and, all around the structure, an extensive green park with old trees and a little lake.
Walking around the Casale a sense of peace and a veiled scent of history can be felt everywhere.
It's possible to see the old crusher of the friars, situated in the inner courtyard; the ancient oven is now the bar of the breakfast room; the ancient watering place, near the well, next to the breakfast's bar.
The structure is multifunctional and we orgonized several types of events: private parties; corporate parties; in the two restaurants and at the pool too; set for TV shots; set of show cooking for small foreign groups interested in Italian cuisine, especially the typical Roman; wine tasting whit our winery partner.
