Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Sunday - Welcome to Puglia
Arrival at the airport or train station Bari and welcome from our staff.Private transfer to Trani, the pearl of the Adriatic. Free time to get used to the sea and the narrow streets of the historic center.
Day 2: Monday – Trani & Castel del Monte, between sea and mysteries
Start your journey into history: guided tour of Trani, with its Cathedral overlooking the sea and the medieval charm of its Jewish alleys. Next, transfer to Castel del Monte, the legendary octagonal castle of Frederick II, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.The day ends with a Panoramic aperitif at sunset: a toast to the first day between art and wonder.
Day 3: Tuesday – Taste traditions: burrata, sweets and extra virgin olive oil
Morning dedicated to authenticity: experience from the cheesemaker in a typical Apulian dairy, where you will learn how to make the mozzarella and burrata with your hands.In the afternoon visit to the Confetti Museum, a delicious journey between tradition and confectionery creativity. Finally, a tour of the oil mill with tasting of extra virgin olive oil to discover all the secrets of Apulian gold.
Day 4: Wednesdays – Matera & Bari: stone, history and flavours
A day entirely dedicated to the discovery of Matera, the city of Sassi, European Capital of Culture, where every alleyway tells of centuries of life. Return to Bari with street food stop in the historic center: focaccia, panzerotti, sgagliozze and other local delicacies for an unforgettable urban experience.
Day 5: Thursday – Alberobello & Polignano a Mare: a wonderful end
Last day dedicated to two Apulian icons: Alberobello, with its fairy-tale trulli, and Polignano a Mare, perched on the cliff with breathtaking views. Tour end expected by 15 hours, with the possibility of transfer to the airport or the Bari station.

- The group is generally composed of a maximum of 8 people; during high season a second minivan may be added, bringing total participants to a maximum of 16 while keeping transfers to a maximum of 8 people per minivan
