If this number is not reached, there are two options: guarantee the tour with a supplement or choose to change the date, modify the tour or receive a full refund. The tour is bilingual and available in English and Spanish. The group is composed of a maximum of 8 people. However, during high season, a second minivan may be added, bringing the maximum number of participants to 16. In any case, transfers will always be made in minivans with a maximum of 8 people each.

Day 1: Friday - Welcome to Gargano: arrival in Vieste
Our escort will be at the airport or train station Bari to pick you up.The first goal is Vieste, a charming seaside village surrounded by white cliffs and an emerald sea. You will spend the night here. Check-in at the hotel and free time to explore the historic center among alleys and the scent of saltiness.
Day 2: Saturday – Sea caves and relaxation on the sea of Vieste
Morning with Boat trip among the sea caves of Gargano: an exciting excursion among natural arches, hidden cavities and crystalline waters. Free afternoon to enjoy the beach or explore the surroundings.
Day 3: Sunday – Transfer to Trani
Private transfer to Trani, the pearl of the Adriatic. Free time to get used to the sea and the narrow streets of the historic center.
Day 4: Monday – Trani & Castel del Monte, between sea and mysteries
Start your journey into history: guided tour of Trani, with its Cathedral overlooking the sea and the medieval charm of its Jewish alleys. Next, transfer to Castel del Monte, the legendary octagonal castle of Frederick II, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.The day ends with a Panoramic aperitif at sunset: a toast to the first day between art and wonder.
Day 5: Tuesday – Taste traditions: burrata, sweets and extra virgin olive oil
Morning dedicated to authenticity: experience from the cheesemaker in a typical Apulian dairy, where you will learn how to make the mozzarella and burrata with your hands. In the afternoon visit to the Confetti Museum, a delicious journey between tradition and confectionery creativity. Finally, a tour of the oil mill with tasting of extra virgin olive oil to discover all the secrets of Apulian gold.
Day 6: Wednesdays – Matera & Bari: stone, history and flavors
A day entirely dedicated to the discovery of Matera, the city of Sassi, European Capital of Culture, where every alleyway tells of centuries of life. Return to Bari with street food stop in the historic center: focaccia, panzerotti, sgagliozze and other local delicacies for an unforgettable urban experience.
Day 7: Thursday – Alberobello & Polignano a Mare: trulli & sea
Day dedicated to two Apulian icons: Alberobello, with its fairy-tale trulli, and Polignano a Mare, perched on the cliff with breathtaking views. Tour end expected by 15 hours, with the possibility of transfer to the airport or the Bari station.
Day 8: Friday – Ostuni & Lecce: white and baroque
First stop in the “White City”of Ostuni, with its alleys blinding with light and breathtaking views of the Itria Valley. I arrive in the afternoon Lecce, defined as the “Florence of the South”, famous for its soft and theatrical baroque. The day ends with a typical aperitif in the heart of the historic center.
Day 9: Saturday – Otranto & Gallipoli: sea and memory
Departure towards the Adriatic coast for a visit to Otranto, between cathedrals, castles and stories of martyrs. In the afternoon you reach the lively Gallipoli, overlooking the Ionian Sea, for a walk among bastions, ports and the scent of the sea. Return to Bari in the evening.
Day 10: Sunday – Brindisi: sea, memories and fish flavours
Arrival to Brindisi, a port city with a long history and strong ties to the Mediterranean. Guided tour of the historic center and the Abbey of Santa Maria di Cerrate, a Romanesque jewel immersed in the Salento countryside. The day ends with a fish aperitif on the port, between boats, sunsets and glasses of fresh white wine.
Day 11: Monday – Taranto & Manduria: archaeology and primitive
Morning at Taranto, the “City of the Two Seas”, with a guided visit to the MArTA Archaeological Museum and the Aragonese Castle. In the afternoon, stop at Manduria, home of the famous Primitivo wine, For a tasting in the cellar among vineyards, barrel cellars and intense flavours.
Day 12: Tuesday – Return to Bari and end of 12-day tour
After breakfast, transfer to Bari for the end of the tour and accompaniment to the station or airport. One last look at Puglia… but many memories to take with you.
