Day 1: Bologna airport to Hotel in Bologna (car transfer)
Arrival in Bologna: walking tour of Bologna with food expert (chocolate, ice cream or food and wine tour by foot), lunch and tastings. Free time to discover on your own. Welcome dinner in Bologna.
Day 2: FICO Eataly World: guided visit with lunch. Dinner in Bologna
Day 3: 09.00 am – visit the local market to select the ingredients for the cooking lesson with gourmet lunch (09.00 – 2.00pm – private cooking lesson), plus a winery tour with tastings/aperitif. Dinner at leisure in Bologna. (I will suggest)
Day 4: Modena tour: Parmigiano Reggiano cheese production with tastings, plus traditional Balsamic Vinegar with Balsamico lunch on the farm. In the afternoon you will experience a walking tour of Modena with a food expert. Train from/to Bologna – Modena, including a driver and a tour leader for the day (from Modena train station to producers and city center). Dinner at leisure in Bologna (I will suggest).
Day 5: Ice Cream University (English guided visit and tastings. A driver will take you from Bologna Ice Cream University to airport.

What it is not included: medical/luggage insurance, entrance tickets during the walking tour of cities, anything not mentioned in the “what’s included”.
